Ramsgate, Kent

Long-term, Temporary | ASAP Start

£150 - £200 per day (dependent on experience)

Are you a qualified or unqualified English Teacher seeking a new and exciting opportunity in the Ramsgate area? Look no further! Pearson Whiffin Education may have the perfect role for you.

We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious school in Ramsgate, Kent, to find an English Teacher for an immediate start on a long-term, temporary basis. The successful candidate will have experience teaching English to GCSE level, although we are open to unqualified teachers with relevant experience or passion for the subject.

The ideal teacher will be student-centred, with a deep subject knowledge and the ability to inspire and engage students. You should possess strong classroom leadership skills and be well-versed in the demands of the KS3 and KS4 curriculum. Open to unqualified teachers.

• Strong subject knowledge in English
• Good understanding of the KS3 and KS4 curriculum
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Ability to provide references covering the past two years in a similar role
