Job Summary

We are seeking passionate and dedicated English as a Second Language (ESL) Teachers to join our educational team across China. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction to non-native English speakers, helping them develop their language skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing. The ESL Teacher will create an engaging learning environment that fosters student participation and encourages cultural exchange.

Duties

1. Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students at various proficiency levels.
2. Teach English language skills through interactive activities, discussions, and multimedia resources.
3. Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
4. Create a positive classroom atmosphere that promotes respect, inclusion, and collaboration among students.
5. Organize cultural activities and events to enhance students' understanding of English-speaking cultures.
6. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments.
7. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for students.

Qualifications

1. A degree from a recognized university in a native English speaking country.
2. A recognized 120 TESOL/TEFL qualification is preferred but not essential at this stage.
3. Previous experience not essential.
4. A clean Criminal Background Check is essential.
5. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
6. Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for teaching are crucial for success in this role.
7. Methodologies and resources for language instruction is beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract.

Contract length: 12 months.

Pay: £2,000.00-£3,500.00 per month.
