Salary: £150 - £225 per day (Dependent on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teach English to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, with the potential to teach Key Stage 5 depending on experience.
2. Use a variety of teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning needs.
3. Track student progress and provide regular feedback to support their development.
4. Encourage students to become independent learners in literature, language, and writing.
5. Contribute to the planning and development of the English curriculum and resources.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and continuity in teaching practices.

2. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with both students and staff.
3. A practical approach to teaching with effective classroom management.
4. Experience teaching English at Key Stage 3 and 4, with a solid understanding of GCSE requirements.
