Do you have a love for English and a passion for teaching? GSL Education Lincolnshire is looking for an enthusiastic English Teacher to join a dynamic secondary school in Grimsby. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire students and foster a lifelong love for literature and language.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging KS3 and KS4 English Language and Literature lessons.
• Assess and track student progress, offering constructive feedback.
• Create an inclusive classroom environment that encourages discussion and creativity.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and enhance student learning.

Requirements:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Strong subject knowledge and an ability to engage students in English.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to pay for one through GSL Education Lincolnshire.
