We are working with several schools within Essex who require an experienced English Teacher and ECT's.

Responsibilities

1. Lesson Planning: Designing engaging and comprehensive lessons on reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary.
2. Instruction: Teaching literature, language, and writing skills tailored to various proficiency levels.
3. Assessment: Evaluating students' progress through assignments, tests, and feedback on their work.
4. Classroom Management: Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Required Qualifications and Skills

1. Degree in English or Related Field: A bachelor's degree in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related subject is usually required.
2. Teaching Certification: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent certification that authorizes you to teach in schools.
3. Specialized Education: For higher levels, a master's degree or postgraduate qualification in English or education may be preferred.
4. Proficiency in English Language: Exceptional language skills to teach grammar, vocabulary, writing, and speaking effectively.
