Position: English Teacher
Location: Bristol
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Salary: MPS/UPS + potential TLR for the right candidate
Start Date: September 2025 (or sooner if available)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured English lessons to KS3 and KS4 students (KS5 available for experienced candidates).
• Encourage a love of literature and develop strong literacy skills across all year groups.
• Assess and track student progress to ensure all learners achieve their full potential.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance curriculum development.

Minimum Requirements:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Have experience teaching English in a secondary school setting.
• Be a passionate educator with a commitment to student success.
• Possess excellent subject knowledge and a track record of improving attainment.
• Be eager to contribute to the wider school community and ongoing professional development.
