English Teacher - KS3, KS4 & KS5

Location: Aylesbury

Position: Full-Time / Part-Time

Start Date: ASAP

The Role:
  1. Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons across KS3, KS4, and ideally KS5.
  2. Create tailored lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning needs.
  3. Foster a love for literature and language while developing students' critical thinking and communication skills.
  4. Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
What We're Looking For:
  1. QTS / NQT / PGCE / QTLS or equivalent, with a degree in English or a related subject.
  2. A passion for teaching and a commitment to student achievement.
  3. Energetic, adaptable, and highly organised with excellent communication skills.
  4. Experience teaching English at the secondary level, with the ability to engage students of all abilities.
  5. A current DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
