As a Literature and Library Teacher at Storyland, you will have the incredible opportunity to shape the lives of children aged 5–15 through engaging workshops, personalized library coaching, and creative project guidance. Your work will foster students’ critical thinking, creativity, and confidence while cultivating a love of reading and writing.

What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

1. An undergraduate degree (required).
2. At least two years of post-graduate work experience.
3. Eligibility to live and work in China.
4. Strong command of English (TESOL/TEFL/Teaching licenses are a plus but not required).
5. A passion for education and a desire to inspire students!

Teaching experience is preferred, but we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds who share our commitment to empowering young minds.

What We’ll Do for You:

Moving to a new country is a big step, and we’ll be with you every step of the way! Here’s how we’ll support you:

1. Relocation Assistance: We’ll sponsor your work visa, help set up your local bank account and SIM card, and assist with finding accommodations (including an option to secure a bedroom in a shared flat).
2. Cultural Orientation: Our detailed relocation guide includes tips on adjusting to life in Shanghai, navigating the city, and understanding local customs.
3. Healthcare Support: Private life insurance and resources to access healthcare services and emergency contacts.
4. Ongoing Support: Dedicated personnel from our Shanghai and UK offices will be available to assist with any questions or needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
