About the role
Are you a University Graduate with a Degree in any of the English specialisms, who is interested in a career in Education? Do you have experience working with children? If so, you can gain paid work in mainstream secondary schools across Sheffield supporting pupils with learning disabilities, additional learning needs, or social, emotional, and mental health needs.
The desired Graduate would be working in the capacity of a Cover Supervisor, with an interest in a future in Teaching, providing vital support to both teachers and pupils.
The suitable candidate would be provided with the appropriate training and support for this role.
You will be required to build positive relationships with pupils, devise strategies to overcome barriers to learning, and help them to get the most out of their time in education.
This can either be full or part-time dependent on your circumstances.
