Are you an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer looking for the next step in your career? Do you have supervisory experience and a passion for leadership while remaining hands-on?
Our client, a well-established FMCG manufacturing company based in Redditch, is seeking a hands-on Engineering Team Leader to join their team.
- Lead and manage a small team of engineers.
- Remain hands-on with maintenance and engineering tasks.
- Ensure smooth running of production by minimizing downtime.
- Carry out both planned and reactive maintenance.
- Drive continuous improvement and reliability across the site.
Monday to Friday 6-2 / 2-10 rotating shifts.
- Apprentice-trained Multi-Skilled Engineer.
- Proven experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement and reliability engineering.
