Engineers - Mechanical Or Electrical

We are actively seeking experienced Engineers to carry out Mechanical or Electrical maintenance for an organisation based in Gloucestershire. The contract will last an initial 3 months but with likely extension or permanent contract.

Position: Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical bias)

Location: Gloucestershire

Pay rate: £20 to £24 per hour on an Umbrella or CIS basis

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work with Estates & Facilities team
2. Competent Person for mechanical or electrical systems
3. Compliance work on healthcare properties (HTMs)
4. Fault finding, repairs and maintenance
5. PPMs and installations from CAD drawings
6. Mechanical systems: HVAC, plumbing, medical gas, steam and pressure
7. Electrical systems: power and lighting, nurse call, fire detection, security and access, HVAC
8. Mechanical or Electrical qualification
