Assembly Technician
Devizes, Wiltshire
£23,000 - £30,000 + Excellent Training + Progression + Benefits + Overtime at time and a half

This well-established company produces a variety of products for a cross-section of industries with a focus on industrial manufacturing. They are part of a multinational company that is an industry leader in the field of circuit protection and offers the broadest range of products on the market.

In this role, you will be reading technical drawings to produce one-off, small batch bespoke products. You will be mentored and trained by senior technicians with the opportunity to progress to more senior roles in the future. This is an extremely varied role, where no two days are the same. There is also the possibility to increase basic earnings through overtime opportunities paid at time and a half.

The Role:

1. Trainee Production Technician
2. Building the semiconductor assemblies
3. Reading technical drawings
4. 37 hours a week, days based role

The Person:

1. Ability to read/understand 2D Drawings
2. Electrical background
3. Looking for a diverse role with technical training
4. Understanding of ERP systems such as SAP ideally
