This company is a market leader in Piping systems and Projects, having grown to several thousand employees across multiple continents, and is well known for training and progression. Due to an ever-increasing workload, they are looking to grow their UK Engineering team.

In this autonomous role, you will be the go-to person responsible for overseeing the UK Engineering team of 4, focusing on leadership for specialist Plastic Piping projects. You will liaise with stakeholders, clients, and other departments as you undertake commercial, sales, and technical project-focused work, providing a varied workload and the chance to make the role your own.

The varied role would suit a Technical / Engineering Manager or similar from a Piping background looking for dynamic and technical leadership within a global engineering company that offers ongoing development opportunities.

The Role:

1. Lead Plastic Piping systems for a broad client base
2. Manage engineering services team of 4
3. Liaise with stakeholders, customers, and other departments
4. Undertake technical, commercial, and sales responsibilities
5. Oversee various projects simultaneously to ensure on-time delivery

1. Technical / Engineering Manager

3. Commutable to Coventry
