Engineering Team Leader – Night Shift (Mon-Fri) | £50-£55K | Food Manufacturing

A growing food manufacturing company in Lincolnshire is seeking a Lead Engineer to join their team on a night shift (Mon-Fri, 8-hour shifts). Salary between £50,000 and £55,000.

Commutable locations: Spalding, Boston, Long Sutton, Sleaford, Grantham.

The Role:

1. Lead and manage engineering teams and contractors.
2. Ensure work orders and PPM schedules are completed on time.
3. Carry out root cause analysis to reduce downtime.
4. Promote Health & Safety standards.

The Ideal Candidate:

1. Prior engineering experience within the food industry.
2. Experience in leadership or management roles.
3. Strong electrical background.

You'll join a knowledgeable team of engineers on the night shift and benefit from a variety of skill-sets.
