Role Overview:

Seeking an Engineering Team Lead to oversee design solutions across the full engineering lifecycle. This role involves leading a team, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions on schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage an engineering team, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Provide technical leadership across product development and approvals.
  • Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to standards.
  • Oversee engineering deliverables, resource planning, and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define technical specifications.
  • Manage team performance, recruitment, and development.
  • Drive best practices, resource sharing, and continuous improvements.
  • Ensure system safety, risk management, and compliance.

Candidate Profile:
