1. Take full ownership of program/project delivery, driving performance and continuous improvement.
2. Define, communicate, and execute program plans, ensuring key milestones and budgets are met.
3. Lead and mentor high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and success.
4. Manage stakeholders effectively, providing clear communication and progress updates.
5. Oversee risk management, resource allocation, and process improvements.
6. Identify and support new business opportunities and bid proposals.

2. Ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.
3. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
4. Security clearance eligibility may be required.
