Engineering Production Operatives

Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are currently recruiting:

We are looking for Engineering Production Operatives for permanent positions based with our client in Cardiff.

These are permanent positions

Rate of Pay: £11.58 for 3 month's probation, increasing to £12.16 after successful probation.

Hours: 40hrs, 4 x 12 hours Monday to Thursday rotation.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Maintain excellent standards of housekeeping.
• Work to strict company deadlines and targets.
• Adhere to strict Health & Safety rules and regulations.
• Follow all production schedules to meet dispatch target dates.
• Use electrical grinding tools and automated lifting equipment to load/unload machinery.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are used correctly.
• Wear all correct PPE at all times when carrying out tasks/duties.
• Maintain a safe and tidy workplace at all times.
• Carry out a number of laboring duties in and around the facility.
• Check and inspect all goods received ensuring that they are of accurate quality, specification, and in acceptable condition.
• Ensure HSE and company policies and procedures are always adhered to.
• Carry out any other duties as and when required.
