As part of a £1 billion investment, this role will focus on maximising financial returns, delivering outages, and ensuring safe, efficient plant operations in line with contractual obligations.

What you'll be doing:

• Overseeing HSSE, operational, and financial performance across the portfolio
• Managing plant outages, CAPEX projects, and contractor relationships
• Driving O&M strategy and identifying innovation opportunities

What we want from you:

• 10+ years in power , with management experience
• Strong commercial understanding of O&M contracts and P&L management
• Knowledge of CDM regulations and industry health & safety standards
