Job description

Copello have partnered with an established engineering business in the recruitment of an Engineering Manager to lead a dynamic engineering department, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to specification. This is a senior leadership role that plays a key part in shaping engineering strategy, driving performance, and supporting business-wide initiatives.

Please note that candidates must be British passport holders and eligible for SC Clearance.

What you'll do:
  1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers
  2. Deliver engineering projects that meet technical, schedule, and cost targets
  3. Oversee resource planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement
  4. Drive technical and engineering change initiatives
  5. Support recruitment, training, and development of engineering staff
  6. Contribute to the broader company strategy as part of the senior management team
