Engineering Manager

Maidenhead, Berkshire

£50-60K plus benefits

Mon-Fri, days with occasional flexibility required

Are you an experienced Engineering Manager looking for an exciting, prestigious and challenging opportunity within the food production sector?

The company is a large international FMCG manufacturer with multiple sites in the UK, therefore further medium/long term progression is available.

The role will manage a small team (4 staff) mainly focused on the maintenance, health and safety, and engineering improvements on the site.

The role

1. Full time, permanent role mainly Mon-Fri but with some flexibility required (the team works across 3 shifts)
2. Line Management of a team of 4
3. Delivery of continuous improvement to the production capability
4. Focus on health and safety onsite

The Person

1. Academic and working background within engineering
2. Experienced Engineering Manager from a food production background
3. Appropriate health and safety qualification
4. Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement knowledge
