Position: Engineering Manager

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum + Quarterly Bonus + Private Healthcare + Benefits Package

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 2pm

Location: Exeter

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and motivate a team within a fast-paced production facility, with a key focus on driving performance and continuous improvements, as well as delivering capital improvement projects and generally managing the Engineering department. This is an excellent opportunity for an Engineering Manager with a background in manufacturing to join and lead a successful engineering team in an exciting growth period.
