What we expect our Engineering Manager to do:

1. Recruit and lead a team of field-based engineers, maintaining sewage systems for clients
2. Maintain high levels of technical standards
3. Oversee employee absences and leave
4. Achieve targets by liaising with the group business development manager
5. Ensure compliance with all health and safety procedures
6. Manage projects for repairs of higher value
7. Coordinate with clients and accounts
8. Manage budgets for the department and forecasting
