Engineering Management of Change Analyst
Warwick/Remote hybrid
Duration - 6 months with possibility for extension
The Engineering Management of Change (MOC) G/35 Coordinator is responsible for the administration and management of the MOC process within the Cyber Program, ensuring all proposed changes are reviewed, approved, and implemented effectively. They shall ensure that all Project changes (engineering, Operational and Cyber IT/OT) are evaluated, documented, and implemented in compliance with regulatory, safety, and company standards.
The MOC Coordinator will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all MOC submissions, activities, approvals, and associated documentation. They will look to develop planning tools and strategies, to ensure robust implementation and adherence to the G/35 process, as well as monitoring and tracking the progress of change requests, ensuring timely execution and closure of MOC activities across the program.
They will coordinate with relevant departments, Operations, Engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure that the full MOC life cycle is adhered to, and that proper documentation and implementation of changes are captured and implemented into BAU activities. The MOC Coordinator is responsible for managing, leading, controlling, and supporting the project teams toward a successful project outcome (one that achieves the stated benefits for the project) within the appropriate time, cost and quality criteria.
