With a focus on low-rise, new-build residential projects, this role requires a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture, ideally from a housebuilding or development company. The organization is known for its commitment to quality in delivering a range of developments across Surrey and Sussex. Experience in low-rise, new-build residential projects.
Background in housebuilding with a focus on engineering or architecture.

Strengthening Technical Management capability in housebuilding.
Delivering quality schemes in small to medium-sized developments.

We have worked successfully with this privately owned housebuilder for a number of years and are handling an immediate opportunity to join the business to strengthen their Technical Management capability. Operating across Surrey and Sussex, our clients are well known for delivering quality schemes ranging from small to medium-sized developments, both timber frame and traditional build.

We are seeking a well-rounded Technical professional with a Civil Engineering or Architectural bias who brings low-rise, new-build residential exposure - preferably from a housebuilder or development company.
