Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

NOV is looking for an Engineering Administrator to join one of our Hydra Rig Business Units in Great Yarmouth.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Provide support to the Engineering, Projects and Production department teams by preparing and distributing documents as required.
  2. Provide Projects/Production with copies of drawings as directed by Engineering.
  3. Assist with manufacturing documentation and bills of materials (BoMs) as directed.
  4. Assist departments in working with Engineering to issue correct drawings and have drawings corrected as required.
  5. Complete QA training requirements, demonstrating general understanding and practice.
  6. All other assigned or associated tasks and duties to help meet or exceed customer expectations and company goals.
  7. Maintain all company information as confidential.


EDUCATION AND TRAINING:

  1. GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English; further education in a technical subject preferred.
  2. Computer literate including good command of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  3. Full, current UK car Driving Licence is advantageous.
