As part of a large community of Graduates and Apprentices across the business, your initial role will be within our Engagement Management and Business Operations function, working for our largest UK public sector client. You will start in one of our Graduate entry roles aligned with the professional job family, where you’ll have the opportunity to learn from our inspiring experts in a variety of tasks including financial management, planning, managing risks & issues, data analysis and stakeholder management across internal and external projects or live client services.

Alongside your role, you will also embark on our Graduate Empower Programme which aims to equip you with the capabilities that you need to succeed in this rapidly changing world of work.

This role is only available to be based in our office in Telford, West Midlands. As such you will need to be based within a commutable distance to the Telford office where you should expect to typically be in our Telford office 3 days a week.

ROLES

On joining, you will be assigned to start in one of the following roles. As your career progresses, there will be opportunity to rotate across these roles to support with your development of a broad set of skills and exposure to different parts of the business.

  1. Programme Management Office (PMO) Project Analyst: Working alongside one or more Project Manager(s), delivering the monitoring, control, and management of project finances, resource capacity planning and utilization, on and offboarding, risks and issues, change management, and project planning.
  2. Service Analyst: You will be working within a Service team, focusing on the performance and achievement of Service Level Agreements for Services into the client. This includes the management and trending of incident, problems, changes, and continual improvements, whilst driving compliance, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver the agreed availability, performance, and obligations of the Services.
  3. Business Operation Analyst (BOA): Supporting the day-to-day operational activities of our business, including finances, communications plan, calendar and mailbox management and resource planning. You will have opportunity to work with leadership teams across the business.

You will receive significant role-based training and coaching to ensure technical growth that kickstarts your career and sets you up for #GetTheFutureYouWant at Capgemini. You will also be offered the opportunity to train towards professional certification.

YOUR PROFILE

  1. A 2:2 bachelor’s degree or above.
  2. Most importantly, we want people with an appetite for learning and to be passionate about working for a technology company.
  3. An appetite to continually develop your skills and career.
  4. Good problem solving and analytical skills.
  5. Plenty of drive, curiosity, and willingness to challenge and be challenged.
  6. Knowledge of Agile & waterfall methodologies.

To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
