I wanted to bring to your attention an opportunity available for an Engagement & Communications Officer, within the Brindley Oracle Programme, in the Business Change workstream. The role involves understanding the engagement requirements across directorates and creating appropriate collateral to support these needs. It includes coordinating and supporting engagement activities across directorates, as well as contributing to broader communications and engagement efforts.

A key responsibility is helping to establish and support a strong Change Champions network by providing the necessary support. This includes managing the network by facilitating Change Champion calls, capturing and documenting questions or queries from directorates and Change Champions, and escalating them when necessary.
The programme is now at a critical stage and exciting phase ahead of re-implementation.

The role will report to Louise Milner, the BCC Head of Oracle Improvement and retain a dotted line to the Business Change Team to ensure we are joined up and how we provide services to the council.

Please upload your up-to-date CV via the attachments part of your application, this is required for shortlisting. Unfortunately, we cannot consider any applications without a CV attached.
