Basic Salary: £35k - £40k
Realistic £60k OTE with uncapped commission

Standard Hours: 9am – 5pm (Monday – Friday)
Location: Leicester (Hybrid)

Your Role as an SME Sales Manager:

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a dynamic sales team to maximise performance and productivity
  • Provide coaching and mentorship, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring structure, efficiency, and team engagement
  • Drive individual and team development, conducting regular performance reviews and personal development plans
  • Monitor and analyse team performance, implementing strategies to enhance success
  • Create a positive and motivational work environment, ensuring high employee satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Finance) to support business objectives
  • Represent Assured Energy at industry events, promoting our brand and values

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1.5 years’ experience in an SME sales management role within an energy supplier or TPI
    OR
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience leading an SME sales team in an outbound B2B sales environment
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills to drive team success
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities, with a focus on developing individuals
  • Proficiency in IT systems including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • High ethical standards and integrity in all dealings
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs
  • A people-focused mindset, ensuring team wellbeing and professional growth
