Principal Scientist

Join a cutting-edge biotech revolutionizing drug discovery with AI, multi-omics, and functional assays. We're tackling fibrosis, osteoarthritis, and osteoporosis in partnership with GSK—pushing the boundaries of science to deliver life-changing therapies.
Your Role:
- Lead high-throughput endothelial functional screens
- Develop & optimize disease-relevant assays
- Work with machine learning & gene-editing to identify novel drug targets
- Collaborate with top-tier scientists in our state-of-the-art London lab
What You Bring:
- PhD in cell biology, molecular biology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Expertise in endothelial biology, angiogenesis, or EndoMT.
- Strong experience in high-throughput screening, tissue culture, and assay automation.
- Familiarity with CRISPR/Cas screening, FACS, high-content imaging, and transcriptomics.
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work cross-functionally.
