This is your chance to step into a high-growth role with our client, a business that empowers people to move securely through the world—physically and digitally. GTS Group is partnering with one of our global clients—leaders in secure identity and access solutions—to hire a Pre-Sales Consultant focused on the UK & Ireland end-user market. This is a remote role, perfect for someone with a strong background in access control systems and technical pre-sales, who’s confident presenting to stakeholders and influencing outcomes. You’ll be the technical voice of the sales team, helping shape the right solutions for enterprise customers while driving innovation and long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Act as a technical advisor during the sales process—running demos, presentations, and technical consultations.
  2. Collaborate with account managers to tailor solutions that address complex customer requirements.
  3. Contribute to RFPs, proposals, and solution documentation.
  4. Train clients and partners to ensure successful solution adoption.
  5. Represent the business at trade shows and industry events.
  6. Provide technical feedback to product teams to support product evolution.
  7. Maintain a strong command of access control technology and integration frameworks.

What We're Looking For:

  1. 5+ years in pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consultancy roles within physical security.
  2. Working knowledge of access control systems and industry standards.
  3. Familiarity with major security products—solutions.
  4. Strong understanding of system integration, APIs, and networking (TCP/IP, MQTT).
  5. Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders in corporate and enterprise settings.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  7. Located within an hour of a major airport with flexibility for UK and occasional international travel.
