THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. REQUIRES ON-SITE PRESENCE.

We currently have an opening for an EMR Application Specialist. This is a full-time, 40-hour position working in York, Maine.

Responsibilities:

1. Provides implementation support, user guidance, user education, educational materials development, and hardware support and modification as required.
2. Implementing and supporting the entire Practice Partner (PP) electronic medical records (EMR) suite of modules, and Dragon Naturally Speaking voice recognition of York Hospital Owned Physician Practices.
3. Collaborates with Clinical Support Specialist(s) and IT support of other EMR systems utilized within the Practices and the YH system in accordance with the goals and objectives of the YH organization to meet diverse and continuously changing challenges of the health care environment.

Minimum Requirements:

1. (5) or more years experience with EMR programs.
2. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or other related IT field preferred.
