Job description

Are you an employment tax specialist looking for a new challenge? I am delighted to be working with a Top 40 firm to recruit a Manager or Assistant Manager for their Birmingham office. This team is one of the largest outside of the Big 4 in their local area and has ambitious plans to grow.

  1. A breadth of work – you will not be pigeonholed in this role as the team is small enough to be able to offer you the chance to be involved in a broad variety of issues.
  2. A varied client base – you will work with OMBs through to MNCs meaning you will be able to gain experience of working with in-house tax teams as well as FD/CFOs and business owners.
  3. Access to senior people within your chosen field – as the team is small, you will be afforded ample face time with some of the most senior people to be able to learn and develop.
  4. Progression – there is huge investment to scale the employment tax business meaning that its success will directly impact your career and allow for quick, upward trajectory.
