Bounce Back is a Charity and a Social Enterprise that works with people both inside and outside of prison who may be at risk of or have a history of offending and substance use. We have been part of the Change Grow Live family since 2020. Bounce Back are focused on supporting people to change the direction of their lives and reduce offending, to shape a society where everyone can look forward to a bright future.

We are looking for a passionate and proactive people person who thrives under pressure and is adaptable to the demands of a changing environment to join our Employment Services team.

The ADDER team will support participants to access and engage effectively with treatment services with a key focus placed on continuity of care for prison leavers returning to the borough. The team will be creating individual tailored support plans ensuring accessible routes to training and employment that will support recovery.

Where: Tower Hamlets & some travel to London HQ and Prisons

Hours: 37.5

Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 dependent on experience

Contract: Fixed Term Contract until March 2026

Role Overview: Are you ready to make a difference in someone’s life? As an Employment & Support Coach you’ll have the powerful opportunity to help people who have faced some of life’s toughest challenges find hope and a path to lasting employment. This role isn’t just about job support—it’s about empowering individuals to rebuild their lives, gain independence, and step into brighter futures.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience of working within Recruitment, Careers Coaching or other relevant Information Advice and Guidance positions.
  • Experience of supporting participants with challenges with substance use.
  • Experience of the criminal justice system.
  • Knowledge of the issues and challenges related to complex needs and employment.
  • Experience in delivering employability training either 121 or groups.
  • A working knowledge of safeguarding and risk management procedures.
  • IAG Level 2 desirable or a willingness to obtain.
  • Strong IT skills, including proven experience of using and maintaining a database.
