Key responsibilities include assessing clients' skills and aspirations, developing action plans, sourcing job opportunities, and collaborating with employers to facilitate job placements. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery through employment. Employment Specialists are expected to manage a caseload of clients, offering ongoing support to ensure successful job retention and integration into the workforce.
