Description

1. Advising corporate clients and directors on a range of employment law matters.
2. Handling complex cases, including executive recruitment and termination, team moves, and restrictive covenants.
3. Providing strategic guidance on cross-border employment law issues, benefit redesign, and global mobility.
4. Working closely with senior colleagues and international teams on multi-jurisdictional matters.

Profile

1. Newly qualified to 2 year PQE solicitor.
2. Experienced in advising corporate clients, particularly in the financial sector.
3. Knowledgeable in executive-level employment issues and cross-border matters.
4. Skilled in handling high-value cases with a commercial approach.
