Our client is a highly regarded, niche business services law firm seeking a qualified employment solicitor to become a key member of their employment team.

They offer a flexible hybrid working policy, allowing a blend of office-based work in their Truro office and remote work from home.

We seek a self-motivated, proactive individual who is confident in advising on a wide range of employment issues. The ideal candidate will possess a commercial mindset and experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law, including:

• Employment contracts
• Employment tribunal claims
• Settlement agreements and mutually agreed exits
• TUPE and corporate support
• Workplace HR support
