Employment Solicitor

Regional, accredited law firm looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor into their Walsall offices.

Our client is a leading, Legal 500 ranked law firm who pride themselves on their professional, expert services. They are looking for a dedicated Employment Solicitor who is wanting to join a close-knit Litigation team and gain invaluable experience with running your own Employment caseload whilst working under a Legal 500 recognised Head of Department.

Within this role, you will be working on both contentious and non-contentious matters including:

1. Unfair dismissal
2. Discrimination claims
3. Working time claims
4. Contractual disputes
5. Grievances and disciplinaries
6. Flexible working request
7. Redundancy and restructure
8. Restrictive Covenants

The successful candidate for this Employment Solicitor role will ideally have at least 3+ years PQE, is able to work well as part of a close-knit team and is wanting to establish themselves in a long-term, successful career.
