A successful private practice law firm in Southampton requires an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their well-established Employment team to work on a full caseload of contentious and non-contentious Employment law files from instruction through conclusion.

The Employment Solicitor will advise clients on all aspects of employment law including:

1. Discrimination
2. Unfair dismissal
3. Grievance procedures
4. Redundancy
5. Settlement agreements
6. TUPE
7. Employment contracts
8. Corporate support

The Employment Solicitor will enjoy an excellent opportunity to work both autonomously with an interesting and mixed caseload of files.

Salary to £50,000
