We are seeking a confident and client-focused Employment Solicitor to join a dynamic and growing legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with a passion for employment law and a desire to work on high-quality matters with a varied client base.

Role Overview:

You’ll be advising both employers and employees on a broad spectrum of employment matters, including:
– Disciplinary and grievance procedures
– Redundancies and restructures
– TUPE transfers
– Settlement agreements
– Employment Tribunal claims
– Employment contracts and HR policies
– Discrimination and whistleblowing claims

You’ll manage your own caseload while also collaborating on more complex matters with senior colleagues. The role offers a balance of contentious and non-contentious work, and the chance to build strong relationships with a wide range of clients.
