Oculus are currently working with an exceptional Top 50 National Law Firm, based in Manchester, with an award-winning Employment team. They have a strategic growth plan, which has seen them bolster their team with a number of experienced Partner hires in recent times and they are looking to expand their team even more so.

They have a particular specialism in Commercial Employment and operate within a wide range of sectors that include Financial Services, Leisure, Real Estate, Retail, Fashion and Tech to name a few.

This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement (2 days in the office, 3 days remote), a top of the market salary, as well as an enticing bonus scheme.

Responsibilities:

• Handling complex Employment matters such as:
• Contracts of Employment
• Grievance and Disciplinary procedures
• Termination of Employment (to include dismissals and redundancies)
• HR Advisory work
• Discrimination claims
• Settlement Agreements
