Award-winning, full service law firm looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor into their Lancashire offices.

Our client is looking for a specialist within Employment and HR matters who will be able to work on tribunal matters including:

• Redundancy
• Disciplinary
• Grievances
• Whistleblowing
• Discrimination
• Detriment claims
• Equal pay

The successful candidate will have 2+ years PQE, be able to conduct your own advocacy, be ambitious, and be looking to grow and develop alongside a reputable legal practice.
