EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR, 2-4 YEARS’ PQE, WEST BERKSHIRE, £COMPETITIVE, JOB REF: 215298664


This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning regional law firm in its Employment Team. This firm has grown substantially over recent years and has offices throughout the South-East.

The Role

You will work with other members of the employment team and manage your own caseload encompassing a broad range of matters to include employment claims, corporate transactions, workplace disputes, redundancies and settlements.


You will be required to:

  • Provide general advice to employer clients on a wide range of employment law matters.
  • Advise on and draft settlement agreements.
  • Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and other HR documentation.
  • Support more senior members of the team with ET claims.
  • Stay up to date on changes in employment laws and regulations.
  • Promote the team and firm at business networking opportunities and on social media.
  • Support the provision of training and guidance to HR and management on employment law topics.

The Candidate

You should have:

  • Between 2-4 years’ PQE in employment law ideally with a commercial law firm.
  • Strong client-facing and business development skills.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills.

You must be self-motivated and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
