Within this Employment Solicitor role, you will be working across a caseload of:

Disciplinaries
Grievances
Unfair dismissal
Discrimination
Redundancy

The ideal Employment Solicitor will have 5+ years PQE and be confident advising commercial clients on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. You will be working across industries including education, manufacturing, retail, technology, and professional services.

You must have previous experience advising employers and be comfortable with client contact. For this role, you should be personable, approachable, and have great time-management skills.
