Description

The Employment Senior Associate will be:

  • Advising clients on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
  • Managing a diverse caseload of claims.
  • Working with clients including corporate clients and public sector entities like the NHS.
  • Supporting Partners in business development and marketing efforts.
  • Mentoring junior fee earners and helping to develop their skills.
  • Working as part of a national practice

Profile

The Employment Senior Associate should be / have;

  • A solicitor (or equivalent) with 3+ years PQE in employment law.
  • Experienced in both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
  • Skilled in handling a caseload independently and providing strategic advice.
  • Able to mentor and support junior colleagues.
  • Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
  • Ties to Leeds
