AJ Chambers are working with a top City Employment Law Firm assisting them in recruiting an Employment Paralegal on a full-time, permanent basis. The core remit of the Paralegal will be to help prepare legal arguments, applications, declarations, and motions. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity that will involve mainly non-contentious work, including drafting important contracts and reviewing terms. The team is looking to recruit its first Paralegal due to significant organic growth from within the department.

About You

The ideal candidate will have some Employment Paralegal experience and be passionate about this area. Other skills will include:

  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development.
  • Strong IT skills and familiarity with case management systems.
  • A flexible, solutions-focused approach, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Salary

In return, the Paralegal will be offered £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a competitive benefits package including 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
