Job description

Employment Paralegal, East Sussex, Salary up to £25,000 (DOE). Exciting opportunity to join the Employment law team of this leading local firm.

  1. Applications are sought from candidates with a minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Paralegal, with familiarity in employment law matters.
  2. You will work closely alongside the Partner, assisting with legal and administrative duties across a varied employment caseload. You will be responsible for handling new enquiries via phone and email, opening case files, completing client onboarding, issuing invoices, and following up on outstanding payments.
  3. Additional duties include responding to correspondence, acting as a point of contact in the partner’s absence, drafting legal documents, producing documents and court bundles, and conducting legal research.
  4. The successful candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic, and possess strong communication skills, enabling them to deliver exceptional client service and provide effective support to the wider team.
