An innovative niche employment law service is seeking an Employment Lawyer to join their dynamic team. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while engaging in meaningful client interactions and complex employment law issues. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in employment law, a pragmatic approach to resolving employee relations challenges, and the ability to deliver engaging training sessions. With a commitment to diversity and inclusion, this firm is dedicated to providing a unique service delivery model that prioritizes client needs. Join a forward-thinking team that values innovation and professional growth in a supportive environment.
Our client is a regulated, niche employment law service with a very different offering to traditional law firms or large employment consultancies. They are now looking for an Employment Lawyer to join their team - this role is remote working with team meet-ups every 6 weeks. Our client acts almost like an in-house employment law and ER service, providing commercially focused employment law and employee relations advice along with tribunal representation, investigations, training, diversity & inclusion, and e-learning solutions. They are passionate about understanding the needs of their clients and work closely with them in order to provide a unique integrated service delivery model.
They are looking for an Employment Lawyer who shares this passion and is excited by the prospect of a varied workload, taking a pragmatic approach, innovating and contributing to commercial projects and business development. You will have solid experience of working with a professional client base of HR teams in large organizations with excellent knowledge of all areas of employment law and a practical approach to resolving employee relations challenges.
You will be experienced in working with Trade Unions and TUPE, along with complex contentious respondent matters and have the ability to balance competing priorities and time pressures. Training experience is desirable but not essential; more important is your willingness and ability to deliver innovative and engaging training experiences. Whilst you will be home-based, you will be required to travel to client premises and employment tribunals across the UK, which will necessitate overnight stays. The differentiator as a 'Senior’ Employment Lawyer is not one of hierarchy or status; it is having greater responsibility and accountability for key account management, business development, and complex tribunal cases.
If this all sounds like you, then we can offer a great range of benefits, including Private Healthcare, Critical Illness Cover, Life Assurance, Medical Cashplan, Birthday off, plus Volunteering Days and access to shopping discounts.
You will also be working in one of the best teams around in a business which was the first to achieve the ISO International Standard for Diversity and Inclusion.
