Employment Solicitor - Remote Based

A unique opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor looking for something different to traditional firms or large consultancies, offering exposure to excellent quality work. This is a remote working role.

The Firm

1. Employment Law Specialist
2. Working with predominantly high profile / blue chip clients
3. Achieved the International Standard for Diversity and Inclusion

The Role

1. Working with a professional client base developing relationships with HR teams in large organisations
2. Offering contentious and non-contentious advice
3. Handling complex contentious respondent matters
4. Providing advisory services and bespoke training to clients
5. Travel to client premises / employment tribunals

The Candidate

1. Qualified E&W
2. Minimum 6 years PQE
3. Extensive Employment Law experience, specifically respondent experience
4. Experience dealing with blue chip clients and senior HR professionals
