The Opportunity

This is an exciting role for a commercially minded and confident employment lawyer seeking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. You'll work across a varied caseload, advising both employers and employees on a broad range of employment law matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advising clients on employment tribunal claims and litigation
2. Handling mediation and dispute resolution
3. Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures
4. Managing TUPE matters, redundancies, and restructures
5. Drafting and negotiating Settlement Agreements
6. Preparing legal documents and maintaining compliant case files
7. Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients
8. Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to departmental growth

About You:

1. Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE in employment law
2. Professional, personable, and commercially savvy
3. Strong interpersonal and client care skills
4. A proactive, team-oriented approach
5. Keen interest in business development and building client relationships
