Employment Lawyer

To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:

1. A qualified Solicitor or Lawyer with 5+ years' PQE in employment law
2. Confident managing your own caseload and building strong relationships with clients
3. Strong technical legal skills paired with commercial awareness
4. Able to contribute positively to a collaborative, high-performing team
5. A proactive mindset and a genuine passion for employment law

Within this position, you'll also be:

1. Advising clients on a range of employment law issues—both advisory and litigation-focused
2. Managing a varied caseload including unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, contracts, redundancy, and restructuring matters
3. Supporting corporate transactions with employment due diligence and post-acquisition advice
4. Taking an active role in client relationship management and business development
5. Contributing to knowledge sharing and mentoring of junior colleagues
